these are the bugs.
All of my chickens have them all over, but she is the worst. I can't get them off!!!!!

Try permethrin dust from your feed store.

Yeah, All me chickens have bug things like this all over their faces.
I can't seem to get them off. 
Any suggestions? Cause I am getting really worried/grossed out!

If they are tiny black bugs crawling all over their faces it's probably mites. We are going through this with our broodies (silkies are pretty notorious for getting critters) and had to use Permethrin. I try to stay away from any chemical like things but the poor ladies were really bad.

the difference between mites and sticktight fleas is that mites prefer the coverage of feathers whereas the sticktight fleas prefer bare skin which is why they are usually found on the face and wattle and not on the body like mites
