water is nicer though because it makes you clean. See, ducks are smart because they use the same things humans use to bath. whens the last time you put dust in your bathtub, hm?

So do I, but THIS ONE i didnt start

Not like chickens are built for water, ya know  They dont exactly have webbed feet. :p
Ducks are SO LUCKY.
After six weeks, chickens are cornered by “catchers” who often come in the dark and in the middle of the night, grabbing terrified meat chickens by their feet and roughly stuffing them into crates which are loaded onto transport trucks with forklifts. In the process they suffer from broken legs and wings, lacerations, hemorrhage, dehydration, heat stroke, hypothermia, and heart failure. Millions die before even reaching the slaughterhouse.

too bad for them...........got the short end of the stick, i guess. Same with the brains, I guess chickens just got real unlucky when they were made

Ive heard about this
the reasons they dont do it to ducks is coz A) they dont grow quite as fast and B) (this is the main one) there isnt as big of a market for duck meat as chicken. its just the culture here, I guess........like chicken more
dan26552 has chicken huts near him, and he says they always come in the middle of the night and take the chickens, so that no one can see them do it -_- But he can hear them go, coz they squawk...........

Have you seen them put the chicks IN the huts though? (I watched a movie on this, never seen IRL)
they take em in big trays, and I swear this is true, they THROW them out all over the floor. Like you would throw grass seed out over a lawn.
Its incredibly disturbing to watch.............
