I was told that it is illegal to own muscovy after march 31st, also you cant sell or breed them??? Is this a rumor or is it true?

AWE Man after seeing how our 1 month olds eat weeds , mosquitos, gnats and flies I would put up a BIG FIGHT if someone knew I had them and wanted us to rid them> If that is the case then the local park would also have to get rid of the pekin duck that someone dropped off along with two others and well the neighbor kids mind as well give up their rabbits since they can be considered "farm animals" too HAHA PLUS its MY form of relaxation and therapy to sit and watch them.. Guess I could get a letter from a DR
