Tell me what I am seeing - BAD EGG??

Sorry the pic is crappy but the best I can do with this camera

Is this a bad egg? Have been seeing this for a few days now and it is getting to be a fairly large spot. I think it is bad, there is NO sign of life. It is one of our 'first batch' eggs that were upside down in the carton. All other but one from this same batch seem fine.

How long has this egg been in the incubator? It definitely looks like a bad egg to me

you could try a float test on it

If it is a bad egg, how long before it will begin to smell?? I have smelled it and it just smells like all the others and the inside of our bator.
