this is insulated mobile home skirting, I think it is leftovers from when dog kennel buildings are built. Looks promising, the biggest problem for me would be piecing it together, http://www.flintrents.com/ I think it runs $1.25 - $2.00 a panel

From what I read, that is insulation pancaked between two pieces of sheet metal. Sounds like a good building material for the coop- especially if it is white to reflect heat off the roof and walls. I know sheet metal gets really hot, but with the insulation it should be snug and not so hot.
