Tell me whats going on. New to keeping chickens

I have Leg horns and Cornish Rock hens. My cornish rocks all are missing the feathers around there tails. I have no idea what is going on. I would post pick but i dont know how to so if someone would also let me know how to post pics i will. thanks

First you go to uploads and select the pic you want to upload. Then you select the Image thing, drag it to the page you are posting then delete the

Are the chickens with bare bottoms being picked on by the others?
