I think that I have a rooster out of my flock of "hens" that i wasn't expecting. When my hens start laying, how will i know if my rooster has fertilized an egg or not? Is there a way? Will there be no fertile eggs and we can eat all of our eggs? I am completely new to this concept and any help would be appreciated.

You can eat the eggs with they are fertile or not. Is the assumed rooster crowing?
