I'm new to the backyard chicken experience, so I had a question for you experts. I when my flock begins to lay (I have Black Australorps and Speckled Sussex) how do you tell the difference between the eggs? From what I've read, they seem pretty similar. Outside of keeping them separate, is there an easy way to denote which is which?

The specked Sussexs eggs will be brown, cream, and tan. While the Black Australorps eggs will just be brown. So if they look kinda creamy then they most likely came from the Speckled Sussexs. Hope that helps!!!
