Temp drop during incubation

i have been having problems with my temp in my incubator when i first set it up i let it sit for 2 days making sure every thing was good an steady,but now 7 days into the process it seems that by temp fluctuates,one day it was like 103 then back down to 99.5 then high again i don't know what seems to be problem,other that we had it set in a corner in front room i moved to wash room its cooler in there,an hopefully temp in there is more stable due to not a lot of extra heat source,i only have 5 eggs turkey eggs in there at this time just cause we wanted to experiment don't really know what we are doing,i have turkey hens,but wanted to try the incubator thing just for fun,so the kids could watch,any one have any suggestions out there,please help
