Temp Fluctuation

I have a 1602NThermal Air Hova-Bator incubator with a KTJ Hygrometer and Thermomter with the probe sitting level with the eggs. I can set the red light to turn off at 37.5 but the temp; will just keep rising to 38.0 then when it falls and the light comes on the temp; drops to 37.0 before it starts to pick up. I have the machine in a quiet room on a table away from the door and widow. Is this normally what happens and nothing to worry about

I must confess I never watch he temperature that closely, I set it to between 37 and 38C. I think as long as you keep the temperature between 37 and 38 consistently, they should be fine.
