Temp in Bator...HELP!

GRRR...I could scream! Had the bator one degree off so DH messed with it...now it's over 20 off!!!
 
Ok. I have 3 thermometers in there, reading 100, 101, and 102...My humidity is reading 57...Is it okay to put the eggs in?
