temp in incubator went up to 110 - 120 degrees is there any hope?

Just and FYI - they all died the first time the incubator malfunctioned. so if the temp goes up that far, its NOT good.

I did the same today the temp just shot up the are 3 days in I'm going to candle them in a couple days

110 - 120 degrees for anywhere from 4 - 8 hours, humidity dropped to 20%. got it back up to 50% but its broke and is keeping the temp up there, going to get a new one now :(
I think I cooked em :( very very frustrated and very very sad :(
Did they hatch?? This is my first time and the temp rose while I was sleeping!

Depending on the age of the embryo in the incubation process, 104.9°F or 40.5°C for over an hour will kill the embryos, if they are very near to hatch time it has been recorded that temperatures as high as 110°F for an hour or less may not kill the chicks.

I
had a temperature spike one time in an old LG incubator. It spiked at 111°F for how long I don't really know?...pretty sure it was over an hour but all 12 of the Red Golden and 11 Amherst eggs, I had in the incubator hatched....they piped about an hour after I noticed the spike and got the temp back down to normal operating temperature. They all hatched without any trouble or deformities.

Heres a article (PDF) produced by Brinsea, pretty good at explaining temperature devations and the results of those devations from the optimum temperature for incubation.
