temp question

I am about to head home to start my 4th day of fights with my ne home mad bator. I am also dealing with a stat that wants to range over a wide area. I have no fans yet which from what I have read should help. I am on my second thermostat and am not sure yet but think the second is worse than the first and the first one is damaged. will see if moving the air helps. From all the reading I have done it is the temp inside an egg that matters. everything else is just nerve wracking.

youll be fine !! mine are hacthing right now ! im soo excited. I was a nervous wreck , but it will all be ok , as long as your temps arent extreme up or down. just enjoy it and have fun !

any container of water will help keep the temp at a more even setting. The water holds the heat between thermo cycles. Hence the wiggle worms. I just use a jar of water. any container will work. as long as you have the room to spare, the bigger the better! The water really helps to maintaine a level temp when the thermo cuts off. it helps to hold a more constant temp.
