Temp too high for a week

I have conflicting temps on my thermometers and I think that the temp may have been 1 degree high for a week. Does this mean they will just hatch faster, or will I lose them?

There is a huge difference in what could happen and what absolutely will happen each and every time. There are some things that could go wrong, but the odds are pretty good they will just be a little early if it was only one degree. And even if one or two were affected negatively, that does not mean all were affected.
