Temp variation...

Just wanting to pick your guys brain.. I have about a 3 degree temp difference between my 2 thermometers inside the incubator. And not sure which one I should go by. And add the built in one it is a 5 temp difference... Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Mine is the same, I set the thermostat so one is at 100 and one at 97, I figure I would rather be a little low instead of to high.I have hatched 21 of 24 the last 2 times, I think the higher one is closer, because the last 2 hatches, the majority hatch on day 19.
