Temp ?????????

I don't have a water weasle at the time my daughter broke mine and can't find one at the moment. I filled a bag with water and the temp is 95.7 and the air temp is 98. Would this be ok to put my eggs in to hatch? Also the humidity is 35% does it need to come up and how.

temp should be 99.5 or 100
and Humd i keep mine at 50

the temp in the water wiggle is suppose to be 95. I have that in mine but the air temp is low. If I raise my air temp my water wiggle will be to high
