Temperature difference in forced air incubator.....

in my incubator right now the temperature is 100( per temp/hygro) and I have another temperature gauge on top of my eggs which is reading 92.5 on top of eggs..is this ok or do I need to readjusting my thermostat. I am at day 4 of incubation if that makes any difference. Thank you for any help

I don't trust any thermometer or hygrometer until it is calibrated. These might help.

In a forced air, there should not be any significant difference in temperatures anywhere in it.

I have seen the rare 2 thermometers that agree. That said I try several and those that are close I will use. The others, if I can't calibrate go into the trash.
