I'm pretty sure, that it's a big part on Charley's issue...
Be very careful with giving roosters too much calcium. Their systems can't tolerate much and it can damage their kidneys.

I think you should use this stuff on him. It is called rooster booster and has vitamins and minerals that I think he may be lacking....http://www.arcatapet.com/item.cfm?cat=15046&source=GA-PLA11015046

I use this stuff on my birds often, and I order from this company as well. Great fast service.

I think your bird needs vitamins and this rooster booster is made just for roosters that need a boost.

I came across that one, one day...I remember where I saw it..Thanks...I'm gonna try it..Now he has an air sac that ruptured ( he has a air bubble underneath the skin). He eats like crazy, but I'm ready to give up on him....

A chicken's normal temperature average runs from 105 to 109 during the day.
Take a human thermometer, lube it up, and gently push it into the chicken's vent.
Since their temperature range is so span, it is important to gage their health not only with the result of the temperature, but with their overall abnormal behavior, or any excretions that may commonsenually make you think they may have an infection.
