Temperature high side or low side

Ok so the setting on the incubator at 100.5 is hitting 99.1 or 99.2, if I have it set at 101 its hitting 100. With the recommended ideal temps being 99.3 to 99.6 do I go with the lower setting or higher setting?

Have you double-checked your incubator reading with an independent thermometer/hygrometer?

If so, and you're sure, I'd personally go with the 100.5 setting.

Yup I have one I use to check. It's how I found it not matching up like normal for me. 100.5 usually shows 99.6 on the second thermometer. I went with the lower setting.
