Temperature in my homemade incubator spiked!! HELP!

So i went to bed at 2 am and my temperature read 99.5 degrees. I woke up at 5am and it was at 104 degrees F. I immediately fixed it and candled my eggs and they are all moving (they are 18 days old) is there still a chance they can die? this is my first time incubating chicks. They are easter egger and phoenix mix please help!
