Template for chicken saddles

Hi,
I am needing a template for the apron with wing protectors. I found the saddle pattern but I need one with wing protectors. Does anyone have one that is current? I am only finding older posts that are just for saddles.

I made some hen saddles once out of polarfleece, and found it easy to use--no sewing, just cut to fit, and it is stretchy. Here are a bunch of links and pictures for you, and hopefully some will have a pattern:
