Ok so my last few hatchs havnt gone well atall , they egg grows fine untill about day 11 or 12 maybe , im guessing maybe its getting to hot and im burning them:s
i have eggs on the way and im trying again, but im wondering about my thermometer if i have it on the right setting, if anyone has the tempminder is the end of the cord suppose to go in the bator and the screen outside and is it suppose to be on "in" tempature or "out" tempeature , :s please help!

thanks

out. inside is room temp. out is probe temp. brinsea spot check thermomter is said on here to be the best thermometer most acurite made.

You will use the Temp called "out". That refers to the temperature where the probe is, and you will put the probe inside your bater, so use the "out" reading [probe reading] to monitor the temperature inside your bator.

That is almost perfect. Do you have a fan in your bator? If You do your temp should run between 99.5 & 100.5. If no fan, have your probe at the top of your eggs and try to run @101*, +/- .5*
