I have five 11 week old chicks, four pullets and one rooster, and I just ran out of chick starter for them :hmm. We have some flock raiser ordered from TSC, but they don’t normally get around to delivering it for at least a week ( we ordered it yesterday.). Is there anything I can feed them until it gets here? We’ve been giving them some table scraps but I’m worried it won’t be enough. Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Does your TSC not have any chick feed in stock? You can substitute with meatbird crumbles, starter/grower, duck crumbles, or whatever, so long as it doesn't contain more than 1.5% calcium.

If you're worried about going into the store, I know the ones in PA are doing curbside pickup.

I wouldn't feed only table scraps for a week. Human foods are really high in salt, which can cause heart problems in chickens.
