Temporary Solution For Rooster Crowing

You can go the no crow collar route. Your original post said something like an ethical and humane solution. Imo no crow collars don't fit in with that.
There's some here that have said they've had success using them and others not so much.
They're not going to stop crowing. They're designed to reduce the volume. It may work for them. It may not work at all or not enough to make a difference. Or it may cause injury or death.
 
Yes, you find it a home where it is allowed and can have a good life. Roosters crow and were made to crow.

The OP had worded the question differently when WIchick answered, then changed to something different afterwards. No need to go to old threads and try and stir up drama.
