Temps fluctuating questions... help please...

Brinsea Eco 20... 2 Thermometers.... glass one it comes with reads 100.5 very constantly. But it's right by the heating element. I had the Eco set up in the bedroom, but but was getting too cold so I moved it to a warmer room in the house. Digital was at about 99.5 in the bedroom, now that it's in the warmer part it's about 100.5 or 100.7... is this too high?

Nope your fine.

If you start seeing "102.something" a lot, you need to turn it down.

If 100.7 is ok, how hot is too hot?

Just added that to my post. 103 is bad. 102+ is worth worrieing about. over 98 an under 102 is fine.
