temps in incubator

I don't have a thermometer with a probe and I was just going by the inside the bator temps. It has been between 97 and 101 in my bator. Im thinking it may be too low still. I candled on day 5 and saw no veins. I just turned it up to where it is between 100 and 104 but I am afraid I am too late. What do you guys think?

What are the temps inside your incubator when your water wiggler is in the right range?

My bator temp is at 102.2

wiggler temp is 99.7

Edited to add: It's a HovaBator forced air
