Had my bator up and running 3 days before adding eggs. It was holding between 99 and 100 I had the FI 4200 with fan and turner. Well I am going on day 6 and one side is reading 100 and the other side is reading 97.5 I have 2 electronic therms and 2 fish tank therms. 2 one each side at the windows to be able to read them. eggs are veining and look good but the difference is frustrating and I don't want to mess up this hatch. Expensive eggs!

There are some thermometers that are just garbage... especially digital ones with probes. I've had one really good digital thermometer in my day and it was like 50 cents with free shipping from china. Only read in Celsius though. I'd raise temps to 100-102 for incubation with or without a good or bad thermometer.

I have that exact same model and my eggs just hatched yesterday, one day early. Almost all that hatched were on the left side. Is that the side that has the higher temperature in your incubator?
