I know I spelled that wrong. It is Easter and my heart is broken. Something took my HUGE muscovey drake last night. What could it be?? No sign of anything..

I could be a number of different critters.

I'm thinking an Owl.... I found his body about 100 yards away from the coop area. He had 3 punture wounds in a triangle shape. I'm assuming the owl could not carry him. This happened between midnight and daybreak. I called him Druid, I burned him on Easter. It is so sad. In live in Ky.. It was my fault, I was out in the barn late with the horses, the ducks were hanging with me and I failed to lock them up. The hens are lost. I'm going to find another drake soon. Not to replace him, but I think my hens need one to keep them gathered...

Around here, there's a recent worse than usual plague of fisher cats. But I don't know what you have there. But that's just awful. So sorry for your loss.
