I have this very timid as it is chicken and after a couple days of the others pecking at her, she is now terrified to be in the run with them. I will let them out and they run for hours and then as soon as they go back in she runs right into the coop and hides there away from everyone else. They have seemed to sort of stop with the pecking but just in case we got the pinless peepers. Will it just take time for her to stop being nervous and timid around them?

Its called a 'pecking order' for a reason. That being said there should not be any bullying unless you have cockerels hitting puberty or if she is somehow sick/injured.

She is definitely on to bottom of pecking order and the pecking only just started up at the beginning of the week. We don't have any cockerels just the girls.
