Texas 2011 Chickenstock

I would like to come, but not sure if I will be able to make it. My husbands birthday is the 13th so he may want to do something. If we do it will be my husband, 4 kids and myself. If we do make it I will bring some kind of desert.

I will be at the chicken stock and would love if someone has marans they would like to sell. I live in San MArcos also so I could run them home quickly if need be. I do not have an incubator but have access to one and would love to hatch some eggs with my kids too. But would prefer some birds if possible. I recently bought some but have a high roo to hen ratio. Let me know if anyone is coming and would like to sell some?

I am really looking forward to seeing so many people who talk chicken...

I am also excited to see people from Boerne/Bulverde/San Antonio area --I would love to meet people who live around me!

Does anyone have any more suggestions about what we can do/play/eat or whatever for Chickenstock ? We will definately play chicken bingo, but how about an egg race, cluck or crow off ? Suggestons ????

Or do you just want to talk chickens ???
 
Good evening! I'm in Bastrop, can anyone attend the Chickenstock in San Marcos?
I don't have anything to swap but would like to 'talk chickens'.

I have RIR, Production Reds, 1 Buff Orpington and several that were given to me, I have no idea what the are.

Recently hatched out 13 chicks, 2 died and the other has wry neck AND splay foot. I think I'm going to have to
put some kind of support/splint on both legs, as it has no co-ordination and doesn't seem to know what to do
with its feet.
