so I’m incubating and not so informed with genetics.was curious if my Texas a&m hen and my pharaoh males fertile eggs hatch what color variation will come from it ?will they chicks be white ,brown, mixed ???any ideas?

Initially you should just get pharaohs as they are incomplete dominant (Italian/golds are more dominant) over the white which is recessive, but it depends on what the birds have hiding in their genetics too. Apparently if you inbreed for a few generations the offspring of whites and pharaohs you will end up with tuxedo pharaohs (of varying quality). I've got a few pharaoh with white spots on their chests. Good luck for a great hatch!

Thanks let’s see what I get they’re due March tenth so I’ll post on this thread around then to show the first batch
