(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
--Well yes and no. I have first hand knowledge of boiled, fried and dyed eggs, Egg salad etc. Then there is KFC, Southern Fried Chicken, and of course chicken salad. Ive fed them at my cousins farm. I had a baby Easter chick when I was too young for one. They oughta outlaw Easter chicks as gifts for kids. So I guess you might say I am new to raising them..... Going to get some tomorrow
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?

(3) What breeds do you have?
-- anonymous kind
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
--eggs and most important their contribution to my flower garden, I also think they are interesting and well......cute.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
-- Gardening, seeding, rose propagation, baking bread, taking my dogs out to leash train me. (apparently that is what they think is going on)
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
Two big dogs and a possum. He decided to hand out on the back porch. Cant get rid of him. He is kinda cute. /Even my dogs kind of like him, Craziness,
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
My friend Jan told me about you and altogether ....well lets see.....hmmmm ....Ive known about yall about 5min.
Dont be shy. I love to learn. Really dedicated to "chickening". Any simple plans out there for a coop that someone with not one bit of carpentry skill can build all by herself. EEEEEEEEK
