This boys tongue goes constantly........ he runs through the house with his tongue out licking anything it touches.

At least the 45 + lb Buffalo dog doesn't do that, his tonuge is HUGE

And I really doubt Bernie was licking another dogs behind, his own maybe but not another dogs.......

Miss jayne.. too bad you don't have locked heart's dog there.. he'd have cleaned that out for you ..

My cat wakes me up by very gently 'patting' my eyes with his paw... claws retracted, and very gently, I'm pretty sure it's to urge me to open my eyes so I can see my way to the cat food bin properly!

gotta love our critters!!

Oh Dear Lord I hate it when they do that. The Heeler I used to have taught my Cocker how to do that..... well Simba is 12 now and of course Cockers are not known for long lives, the other day the dogs were out back, I opened the door to bring them in, Simba was laying there, eyes open, he is so chunky and hairy I could not see him breathing. He is also pretty deaf. I called him, he did not flinch, I was panicking. I walked out, stood right over him and called him, nothing. I slowly reach down and am almost touching him when he jumps up.....

Scared the you know what out of me!

Yep that open eye sleeping is WEIRD!
