Your enthusiasm is palpable! Those are some lucky chicks, coming home to live with you. Be sure to read A LOT, and ask questions, about coops and runs before you build - sounds like you‘re well into it but do consider the eventual size of your flock... and try to build in enough room to
1- accommodate a few more birds, comfortably, and
2- leave room enough for you to sit in there with them because you’re going to want to, and
3- provide now for more ventilation than you think you need to save from having to cut holes in the walls later.

and build with your potential predators in mind.
