Victoria is going to be receiving some Blue Orpington eggs from me the first week of June, but with her pymt I received today, she sent me a package! Salmon from Alaska, she and DH caught themselves! How awesome is that????!! It looks scrumptious, Tori! I know what I'm having for my supper tonight. Yum! The nicest people are chicken people!

OMGosh! I just had some of this delicious smoked salmon. It's mouth-watering good! Even my DH loves it. He's such a southern boy-says it tastes like BBQ, but fish, LOL. Tori, thank you again! It's wonderful! I'm hooked!

I'm SO glad you liked it!!! Salmon season is starting to gear up in June... July is the big-hitter month, so we'll make more!!!
I never thought I'd see this, but my freezer is completely empty of smoked salmon now. Guess I'd better go fishing, eh?

Well, I just went digging around in there, and I didn't see anymore, but they could be hidden. Don't worry... we'll make more. Our family limit for dipnetting is something like 55 fish. You'd be surprised how fast that disappears!

And they're big!

The recipe was given to me with a death-penalty if I shared it, so I have to call it my secret recipe. It has everything except the kitchen sink in it, but I've never had a bad batch, and actually have had 3 marriage proposals because of it. hahahahahaha!
