I downloaded the free software you recommended and now have watermarks on all the pictures on my website. I sincerely hope lots of other people do the same. I know they aren't great shots or anything, but their MY shots of MY horses and that makes them important to me. As I add pix of my chickens, I'll be sure to do the same thing. At least folks looking at my site shouldn't have to wonder where the pix came from. Now they all say "Rusty Hills Farm" across the lower right-hand corner.

Thanks again!

Not to put a damper on anything but if the water
mark is not on the object all anyone has to do is
"crop" (cut out) the water mark and use the
photo...

I downloaded that software also and will be using
it..

Your welcome...I'm glad you all did decide to down it and use it, yes if you put it on your picture just make it more transparent as you can see the pic right through the watermark, but its enough that you know its yours..If you put it on the side of the pic yes they can cut it out..but of course it makes more work for for the thieves..Also altering a picture that is someone elses without permission is illegal also..
Yup im going to have to go back and do every picture in my photo album now, which i should have done a long long time ago. Found out how easlie it can happen to you..

Heres the link again for anybody that missed it on the other page..remember it is free and works very well and is easy to use..
