Just finished processing the last CX. This was my first year with poultry of any kind. I could not of done this without this website. I processed 8 at 7 wks and 4 at 9 wks. Ended up with a 5.75 lb avg at 1.86$ a lb. The price per Lb was better the I expected and had fun in the process. I still have 9 ducks and 3 turkeys to do. I am now addicted to poultry and will be getting more meaties and laying hens soon. I just wanted to thank everyone for making this easy and fun.
