So from an astronomical perspective....
The "full Monty" ummm, full moon is well,ummmm.. yeah.
Be logical deconstruction then would the "waxing crescent" be newly nicknamed the "Brazilian crescent moon"?

Signifies going into the winter season.
Optimal time for getting beaver. With the colder weather comes the highly priced nice thick pelts.
Beavers are the most active and easy to locate this time of year as theyre on the move seeking to get their fill before the lean winter months set in.
The last chance of the year to score beaver easily before they go into a hibernation state and become far more scarce then any other time of the year.
Get out there and tag some beaver.
