I'm going to have Thanksgiving here with the roommates. I'm not getting a turkey, but I'm doing crockpot stuffing, greenbean casserole, and mashed yams (with bacon, carmelized onions, and cream cheese mashed in).

I have two quail that I processed whole, so those will be my mini turkeys. Male roommate won't eat them, but he'll be happy to eat the carbs.

I was just putting up quail eggs I collected today.
I only have a few in the incubator now but I am thinking I should have started a week or two earlier and put more eggs in so that I could cook everyone a whole quail for New Years Day.
