Thankful Thursday. Thirsty Three Times Think Thickish

Dandelions are edible too. Hence, not a week. I pull them up because I would otherwise be overrun with them, but I feed them to my quail.

Most towns/cities list them as a noxious weed and want them eliminated. Somewhere I have a book with wine recipes that includes some for dandelion wine.
