Thanks to BYC for all the good info. We had a lethargic baby, 10 days old, who I thought we were going to lose. I read all the threads I could find on this topic. After I held her on my lap and dropped water a/ACV in her mouth for a while last night, I put her back in with the other chicks, still in the the little washcloth to protect her from trampling. I hoped for the best but really expected to find her gone this morning. When I went in to check, she was out of the washcloth, popped up as if to say good morning and promptly began to eat and drink. I even say a little watery poop...which she wasn't doing at all yesterday. Not totally sure she's out of the woods, but now I'm very optimistic. Thanks BYC for all the good info!
