This is the third time I have tried to keep chickens, but predators keep getting my girls!

This last time I thought I had the answer. I got the electric poultry fence and it worked for almost 6 months, but I have lost two within the last week. The bird is dead and left by the fence (inside). I'm at a loss. Thanks for any insight.

I also raise vegetables for our local Farmer's Market.

Please post on the "predator threads," for more advice. Do you free range your birds? If so you have to expect a certain amount of loss. If it is too great, keep the birds in a safe, covered run.
