Thank you for the warm welcome to Backyard Chickens! We have used this website before but just signed up now! There is so much helpful information on this website for caring for your chickens. We have had our birds for a few years now this year will be the fourth. They are all in great health and enjoy our home made coop that we made for them They are well sheltered for winter conditions also, but this year we had quite a mild winter. We are in Western Canada. We also like to do vegetable and flower gardening in the spring/summer months. I will include a photo of our birds!
