I found this little guy lying on his side in the brooder gasping and I remembered the post where you mentioned the apple cider vinegar and molasses so I sent the wife after it while kept the little one hanging on. We mixed it up and I got the little guy/gal to take a few drinks finally right before I went to bed. I really expected to find the poult dead the next morning but was surprised to find it still alive but still not looking great. I got it to take a few more swallows and by that evening the poult was doing much better and now a few days later is doing just fine.
