Hello everyone! I have been a long time lurker and have already learned so much. For that, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone in the BYC community. The entire website is so much fun.

We currently have three RIR and three Chanteclers. They are about 10 weeks old and have brought a lot of joy (and responsibility) to my young boys. All of out information has come from here. Again, just wanted to say thank you.

Good luck with your lovely flock. Chickens and children are great for each other and I'm glad your boys are enjoying them. Glad you have decided to join us! A lot of us were lurkers for a while before joining.
 
Welcome to BYC , you may also want to introduce yourself on the Canadian thread and hopefully meet some neighbors. "Canadians check-in-here." One of my favorite threads is from a Canadian member "Jest another day in Pear- A -Dice." She is very knowledgeable and surely knows how to get her birds through the weather extremes.
