Thanks to all who responded in particular PeepsCA. You certainly have a vast amount of knowledge and your willingness to share that with total strangers is a true sign of humans who love and respect all wildlife be it in the air,on earth,or in the sea. I'm just an emotional guy who feels the same about most living things and animals. Cats have made up a central part of my life along with a few dogs but these fowl have found a special place in my heart.
Now waddles, excuse me Guinea's are right on top with my cats and dog as very important assets in my life and I wish I had the space for forty or fifty more. Sorry to all who have to survive but eating them just will never due for me.They are so simple minded but completely complex and entertaining. Thanks again, regards Breeze

No problem Breeze, I'm always happy to offer help/advice when/if I can. Guineas are not exactly the most easy birds to deal with or understand with all their personality and behavior quirks, but I always try to offer up info, opinions or personal experiences that might be helpful to others when they are having a rough time with their Guineas. It's taken me a few years to figure out what works with these birds and what doesn't, but I feel I'm getting a pretty decent grasp on how Guinea mentality works.

Hope your new girls settle in soon, and you have your peace and quiet back soon!
