I was raised by my Grandma till 8 she made a flannel ones
When I was 4 best thing ever.

When I was 14 -- a skinny, shy kid whose first date was still in her distant future -- my aunt's Christmas present to me was a floaty, translucent peignoir set with the softest yellow floral print. I felt incredibly grown up and totally beautiful.

Playing with my cousins at my grandparents house, we are a big family on my mom's side. And this was long before cable tv or video games, quite a rowdy bunch we were!
