Here is our newest baby hatched at 6:15 this evening

I started with 8 shipped, 4 made it to lockdown. Today is day 21 and I have the one hatched, 1 definite pip, another looks like a vertical crack/pip so not sure on that one yet.

And then I set 6 from my own flock as a test hatch, which of those, only 2 were fertile. clearly my young roo has favorites :-/
Out of those 2, 1 pipped today on day 19.

I have 4 babies out of 20 so far. Today is day 22. 3 hatched yesterday and 1 more today. I have 4 more pips right now. Trying to be patient but we're going into day 23 and I'm getting a little concerned.

I can't believe it, another one just hatched. I swear it was out of the shell in less than 5 minutes. Never seen it happen that quickly before.
