Thanksgiving Leftovers- What is safe for my chickens to eat?

I have scraps of food and my chickens have been stressed recently. I was stupid this year and forgot to adjust my chickens to being locked inside the coop for the winter and I think that giving them a treat will help. I gave them some scrambled eggs on their 2nd day of being stuck and they cheered up a bit.

So can I feed them
Corn Husk
Corn Cob
Mashed Potatoes

less than 1/4 serving size of
Ham
Stuffing

Anything that you say that I can't give them will be taken out.

Agreed...if it was a LOT of ham, salt would be a concern, but a little bit is all good.

My flock got all the carrot and potato peels and the Turkey neck this AM.

Mine got the turkey neck and giblets on Thanksgiving. They're getting the picked over bones of the soup carcass tomorrow.

Plus all the random veggie trimmings from preparing the meal (not potato peels though).
