"Amber White" is simply a male Red Sexlink. It's not the breed pictured! I will say, including a Booted Bantam in the assignment and not clearly mentioning the feathered legs is so odd to me. IRL, those feathered legs would likely be the most easily noticed trait :/

In the UK they are called booted bantams as well, but the colour I think is called buff white millefleur and is in our standards.

I'm no expert but I believe this bird is just mottled. Doesn't millefleur require a Columbian base in order to add black edges to the white mottling?

No, this pattern is Mille Fleur with dominant white added. The dominant white changes the black spots to white and lightens the gold color. Mottling will add the black band with or without columbian, it's not related.
